Symptoms

The TouchOne displays a Boot loader  Failure - Error 014 screen:

Problem

The TouchOne is unable to locate the Boot loader.
The device has the incorrect hardware firmware loaded at the production stage. This error should only be visible in the factory.

Solution


  • If you discover this error in the field the device should be returned to the manufacturer.
