Cleaning the TouchOne Screen

To remove fingerprints and clean the TouchOne screen, you can use a slightly damp, lint-free / microfibre cloth. Please don’t spray liquid directly on the screen or remove the device from the wall whilst cleaning.

To sanitise the TouchOne screen, we recommend using soapy water or a non-abrasive household cleaner being applied to a lint-free / microfibre cloth, then wiping the screen. Please don’t spray liquid directly on the screen or remove the device from the wall whilst cleaning.
