Updating eightOS Over-The-Air (OTA)

Most updates to your TouchOne device are available over-the-air (OTA) as part of the eightOS operating system.

Before updating your TouchOne device:

Check your TouchOne device is compatible with the eightOS3 update. Compatible devices are 8TO-3A and 8TO-3B (7" Gen3). Please do not install this release to any other hardware version.
Please check the date on your device is correct: Settings – Date & Time. It not correct, please set to the current date.
You will also need Wi-Fi enabled to download the OTA update

1	Touch the Settings button in the top right hand corner to open the Settings menu.
2	Touch Apps to open the Apps menu
4	You will see an Update button alongside eightOS. Select the Update button. The update will download to your device then start the installation process. As part of installation your TouchOne device will restart.
