TouchOne can be updated via an over the internet update (OTA) or via an SD Update Card provided to you via your installation technician.

Notes

  • This is the most common update method.

  • All data on the touchscreen will be saved.

  • This can be done safely by the end user or a trained installation technician.

Requirements

  • You will need an active internet connection and need to ensure the date and time on the device is accurate.

Notes

  • Only used for major updates or to take a touchscreen back to its factory default settings.

  • All user data will be lost (Photo’s, touchscreen settings etc.

  • If TouchOne is connected to a 3rd party system like an Alarm Panel, User, Zone & Output name data along with system configuration will not be affected.

  • This should be done by a trained installation technician.
