Installing Apps via SD-Card

New Apps available via SD-Card

We have made several apps available in SFZ and SDZ format that you can copy to SD-Card and install to your TouchOne device.  If you would like access to these applications, please contact Eight Development (support@eightdevelopment.com)

When coping SFZ or SDZ files to your SD-Card, please check your card has been formatted in the FAT32 format.  Other formats, such as xFAT32 and NTFS, are not supported by the TouchOne software.

Installing Other Apps via SD-Card

 We have made several apps available in SDZ format that you can install to your device via SD-Card.  If you would like access to these applications, please contact Eight Development (support@eightdevelopment.com)

Sometimes there is a need to install apps onto the TouchOne device that are not yet available through the app store.  This can be achieved via SD-card.

Note:  The apps must be contained within a .sfz or .sdz package which is generated by Eight Development.

Tap the Settings button in the top right hand corner to open the Settings menu.


2Tap Apps to open the Apps menu.

Insert the SD-Card containing the .sdz package into the slot at the top of the touch screen device.

The app has been downloaded from SD-Card to the App Library.  Tap the Install button alongside the app to install the app to the device.

Once the install is complete the button will change to Options.

Tap the Options button alongside the app.

Select Open App from the Options menu to launch the app.


You can now remove the SD-Card from the device.
