Most updates to your TouchOne device are available over-the-air (OTA) as part of the eightOS operating system.
Before updating your TouchOne device:
- Check your TouchOne device is compatible with the eightOS36 update. Compatible devices are 8TO-3A (7" Gen3). Please do not install this release to any other hardware version.
- Please check the date on your device is correct: Settings – Date & Time. It not correct, please set to the current date.
- You will also need Wi-Fi enabled to download the OTA update

| 4 | You will see an Update button alongside each app that can be updated. Select the Update button next to the apps you wish to update. The update will download to your device. When the download is complete the Update button will change to Install. Touch the Install button. Due to a limitation with this beta, you must stay on this screen until all applications have finished installing. Do not tap the home or back button until all apps say “Uninstall”. |

| 5 | Some apps require the device be restarted to complete the installation process. If the button state reads Restart Device, touch this button to initiate the restart and complete the installation process. |
