Most updates to your TouchOne device are available over-the-air (OTA) as part of the eightOS operating system.

Before updating your TouchOne device: - Check your TouchOne device is compatible with the eightOS36 update. Compatible devices are 8TO-3A (7" Gen3). Please do not install this release to any other hardware version.
- Please check the date on your device is correct: Settings – Date & Time. It not correct, please set to the current date.
- You will also need Wi-Fi enabled to download the OTA update
