Check your TouchOne device is compatible with the eightOS3 update. Compatible devices are 8TO-3A and 8TO-3B (7" Gen3). Please do not install this release to any other hardware version.
Please check the date on your device is correct: Settings – Date & Time. It not correct,please set to the current date.

You will see an Update button alongside eightOS. Select the Update button..
The update will download to your device then start the installation process. When the download is complete As part of installation your TouchOne device will restart.
